Mask mandate (home, to live, professionals)

The Florida mask mandate is a request and policy BUT not law.
The GOVERNORS mandate has in place exemptions for certain medical reasons written into the mandate.

Private business can make it a rule that you wear a mask when you shop in their establishment. You choose whether to wear it and shop OR not wear it and shop somewhere else. Your choice.

Government offices ( Post offices, City Hall, DMV, Tax Collector, etc ) can only make a request and ask that you wear a mask. You do NOT have to wear a mask in these places. And, all you will have to say is that you respectfully decline. Or you have a medical exemption and because of HIPPA you do not have to disclose what that exemption is.

Should you decline to wear mask n a Gov office, this usually triggers the MOB in line to lash out at you and the police will be called. They may try to tresspass you. Have your camera recording and bring a copy of the FL mask mandate with you.

I'm just posting messages to citydata forum with regards to the Florida Governers mask mandate.
I like the idea of people being FREE to decide what they want to do.
Empowerment is a better word.

EDIT: Actually, a friend told me DeSantis removed the Governors mask mandate in November. ( We did a search and its true ) So, there is currently NO mandate or law that says you have to wear a mask in PUBLIC GOVERNMENT OFFICES in the state of Florida.

Yeah, that's a great idea, "doctor". Because it's SUCH a huge problem to wear a mask. Free to do whatever you want, even if it risks your family's or friends' lives. Bunch of ornery whining babies, I say.

Actually, for some people it can be a huge problem to wear a mask.

I know someone who developed bacterial pneumonia, most likely from wearing a mask at work all day per the doctor. He told the person that face masks should be CHANGED EVERY 2 HOURS, not be worn all day. How many people change out their face masks every 2 hours?

Asthma, chronic bronchitis, emphysema can all contribute to health issues from wearing masks. Some people have panic attacks over wearing face masks.

People out in the public have become very quick to judge others when it comes to wearing face masks or not.

Gee, I'm COVID negative and have been tested positive for antibodies, so I'm basically immune. If I don't wish to wear a mask, I don't wear one. Simple.
