You could probably find something for around $900-newer, nice home. Anything lower would probably not be in the best of neighborhoods. Who knows though, there are a lot of investors looking for some income. Try looking in the
Sun Herald Newspaper .
The job situation is not the best in Florida right now but it's not the best anywhere you live. I would try to line something up before you come down though.
