Yep spreading work around was my intention. I do have KBuild on my list & have emailed him. We provide services to commercial buildings as I have mentioned. A friend in the business from MI. that has done quite a bit of work with his network of reliable businesses in a variety of fields. He offers total maintenace to his clients so while he is providing cleaning services to them he also does painting, small construction etc. Pricing coes out competitive he makes a little money & his contractor friends get additional business as well. Win - Win.

I'm not new to the area - yet. I'm settling on my house October 15th (fingers crossed, and bound tightly with string - till then). After that we have to have some meet ups. Shepsmom, Carbondated, Ladywithafan and others are game!
