I want to run a business with low overhead and was wondering what needs/wants are not being met in this area to cater to Seniors? What would seniors want that is not being met? Errand service? for health care visits?

I think you might do well with some kind of errand service. Another thing that you might look into is putting hurricane shutters up and down for seniors or hanging Christmas light in the winter time. There have been a few seasons where my husband has had to take the shutters on and off the house four of five times. They tend to be a little cumbersome and I always wondered how seniors with no family around would manage doing this.
