And which are maintainance free? Or is it that some communities have both maintainance free and not? Again, thanks in advance.

I can only speak for Village Walk. There are two pools, a lap pool and a lagoon pool. All outside yardwork is covered by the maintenance fee.

Pools- Stony Brooke, Turtle Rock, some of the developments in Prestancia and VW. Not sure about the others. I believe I thought I saw someone post Wellington Chase does not, and I also don't recall Huntington Pointe having one either.

The nicest YMCA branch in Sarasota is in Palmer Ranch. Along with pools, it also has a 'water park'.

I will second that, good thought. The YMCA splash park and Selby Aquatic center is unbelievable. We are members and it is well worth it!

It is correct that Wellington Chase does not have a community pool, though lots of individual houses have pools. These homes are not maintenance free.

The Hamptons both has a community pool and at least some if not all of the homes are maintenance free. Marbella and Mira Lago also have community pools, and I believe there are some houses in them that are maintenance free.
