We ended up buying a house we looked into renting but said why the deals are out there so we went for it and ended up with a real nice house that just needs some updating 3-2-2 with a realy nice pool I cant wait to get down there my wife is there now she has to start work this monday at S.M.H my self and the kids will be there the 9th

Good luck! I head down on the 20th but I decided to go to Fort Myers. Sounds like you got a nice house. I will be living in an apt. at first but may buy something later when we're sure we are where we wanna be.

Congrats! We are moving down in October too! I can't wait! We are like you. We were thinking of renting our first year but the deals are so great right now on home purchases that I think we just might buy a house! Hope to see ya when we get down there!
