Anybody know anything about this area? It seems like a few houses were built (including the one I'm interested in, that is a short sale) - but otherwise just lots for sale.

Is the area good? Thanks!

It will be good when construction starts again and the lots build out. In the meantime, the values are roughly half of construction cost in 2007 so it would seem to be a good time to buy even if it's not the exact bottom.

Hello Anthony999
I passed through the area last year and it seems like it could become a very nice development. Any idea what the lots are going for? Looks like .50 to 1+ acres lots.
Thanks

Beachpo, waterfront lots with docks are roughly double the lots across the street, and yes most are between .5 to an acre +. Lot prices vary as the developer has kept them near the original pricing 3 years ago but you now have foreclosures on a few lots where a lower offer could save you $. But in general the water lots around $300k+ and non water lots around $150.

Several foreclosed homes in there going for @ 40 % of original cost 2-3 years ago.

If more detail desired, shoot me your email address.

Anthony
