Need help with finding trustworthy agent (North Port: loan, buying a home, buying)

Hello,

I am in the process of buying a home in North Port. I am using a VA loan and am a 100% service connected vet. I have found the home and signed the contract. I also have had the inspection done. At this point, all the information was sent to my lender and he came back with outrageous costs. Also, the agent I am using has also decided to add a bunch of fees on the contract outside of the regular commissions of selling the home. When I asked her about the costs on the loan and expressed that I want to get additional quotes, she told me not to go to any other lenders because it will hold up the process. Also, on the VA loan it states per VA regulation that the seller has to contribute x amount of dollars to the closing costs. Apparently instead of doing that, the agent and the lender have decided to make it look like the seller is paying that cost, but they have it rolled into my purchase price on my loan.
I need help in figuring out what to do and also if I should contact this agents boss or what steps I should take next to make sure I am not getting completely screwed. Thank you for any input anyone has.
