This time at 135 MLK Blvd. I'm looking forward to the day we see more residential being constructed downtown...

This project is far beyond "breaking ground." I drove by there on Friday and the steel work is already up to the 2nd floor facing MLK.

Speaking of steel work, the new H&M store on Broughton is already up to the 3rd floor and will probably top out in the next week or two.

This is a good location for a new hotel. Also construction has not interfered with Savannah's normal lifestyle. A big thank you to the builders for this!
