Just a reminder that the Coastal Botanical Gardens on Canebrake Road is open on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Admission is $5.

If you have cabin fever, its a great place to walk in the fresh air, while social distancing. Although many things are dormant now, there is still a lot to enjoy, including the camellias.

So far so good. Been dealing with life’s curve balls over 2020. My hubby was very ill at the beginning and almost lost him twice. But he’s slowly recovering, but still on a 3-6 months watch with Dr’s. Mayo may still be in our future. I am switching job again, but also am keeping a on call job with a school that I love working for. All in all I guess, it’s just good to be in 2021.

How have you been?

Sorry to hear about hubby. We had a sucky 2020 too, but all is well, and hoping it will stay that way. We are both getting vaccinated this weekend, so hoping to get out more soon.
