Hi, I'm a college student who's going into the real estate field and I'm considering transferring to a school in Atlanta or the Savannah area so I can begin flipping houses, but I need a job and I don't have my degree yet and I was wondering if It's a good idea to move to Atlanta this summer or what until the end of the year when I have my degree. There's not any jobs here in Michigan and I want out now! I don't want to live in a dangerous area so I'm hoping you guys could give me advice on where's a great place for a single woman to move and find a job in Atlanta or Savannah.

I would think that it would be easier to find a job in Atlanta just because I'm sure there's more opportunity. Personally, I'd much rather live in Savannah. It's a much more relaxing pace than the rat-race of Atlanta. Both cities have their positives and negatives. I'm not sure what the real estate market is like in Savannah now, but Atlanta has seen a major drop in sales over the past few months. Savannah is probably slightly more affordable. Hope that helps.
