That is the area I would live. Probably on the south side of the park if money is an issue. You can get a great 1br a couple blocks from Forsyth Park for as low as $650 or a small 2br for as low as $800. Park, Duffy, Henry and Anderson are all nice streets if you can stay between Bull and Lincoln. You can go a little further south if you stay close to Bull. Another area that is very nice for the price and is becoming very nice is Baldwin Park. The old timers on this board will probably not agree, but drive around the area at night and you will notice that 38th - Victory on the east side is actually pretty nice especially for the prices.
