I have found several placed and I think that if I stick with the 31410 zip code she can go to either Johnson or the new high school at Whitemarsh Island. I think I'll have to buy a condo because the homes are out of our budget. I love new experiences!

Rent first. Once you get to know the Islands area, you may be surprised to find exactly what you want at a price that you can handle. Condos are nice, but if your immediate neighbors are a big pain, you are stuck with them. In a house, they are easier to ignore.

you are welcome! It's nice to know that someone will listen to The Old Lady.
I am not all that familiar with the different complexs. All I really know is what I read in the papers. There are a couple that have serious management problems and a couple with shoddy constuction. Take your time child. It will pay off in the long run.
