Right. Atlanta already has theirs, Seattle is building theirs. Atlanta is ahead of the game. They are done. They can focus on important issues now. Copying the 1890's neanderthal corporate welfaracks of Portland, Oregon is not smart public policy. Prepping for the flexible future of self driving vehicles is what smart municipalities and states are planning for.
