You forget I grew up in LA - and that Sac is close to San Fran......so I know some very hip places to shop...

And Sac has warmer weather nearly all year so I could wear a nice light flowey dress with strappy heels - and not freeze to death

Just to clarify - I'm not talking about clothing. I mean trendy in the sense that lots of people are moving there.
