Ralphs and qfc both have murrays cheese shops and boars head deli meats.

But qfc shouldnt be out of basic items that people need.

In the LA southern California area kroger has spent tons of money building new ralphs stores and renovating older ralphs stores.
That's too bad. QFC used to be an exceptional store. The last time I was in one, it was a dump. I'm assuming the N'gate Way one isn't that bad, though. I hope not.

The northgate qfc is one of the cleanest, modern amd better qfc stores.

Its too bad that Larrys oak tree closed years ago. Im suprised that metropolitan market didnt take over the former larrys oak tree instead of an Asian grocery store.

QFCs on the Eastside are really nice, not dumpy at all. The Redmond Fred Meyer used to be a mess but now it is really nice.

Great! I'm glad they've maintained it. It must be one of the newest ones in the area, then.

I guess it depends on which one. The OP says the Northgate one is alse really nice, still. That's nice to hear. QFC started out as a higher-end store, compared to Safeway. Maybe some of the individual store managers don't do as good a job as others.

Qfc is stil higher end than Safeway in my opinion.i consider qfc inbetween a safeway and a metropolitan market.

Qfc has better seafood and a better service deli than safeway. Qfc also carries tons of gourmet cheeses while safeway doesnt.
