Guys, it’s just as bad for us gays.

I went to Vegas for a few days last month and met several interesting and attractive men from all over the country. Yet to happen in Seattle.
Seattle < Vegas? OMG, that is sad to hear!

He's not willing to give up the signing bonus or vested options... I can't recall which.

I know how much I admire men who choose money over personal fulfillment, love, and self-respect, so I can't imagine why this guy doesn't have ladies falling all over him.

I won’t discount the fact that Vegas, inherently, tends to bring out the extroverted parts of people’s psyches, but yes, I did meet quite a few eligible bachelors.

Of course Vegas, due to its tourism, does attract a national and international crowd.

I’ve just never had a remotely similar experience in Seattle. Now don’t get me wrong, I really love this city and think it is heads and shoulders above Vegas in almost every way as a city and metro. But the gay dating scene does leave something to be desired, which is unfortunate considering it is supposedly one of the cities with the highest LGBT populations in the country.

Actually, this was discussed in another thread-a women with a list of, like, 47 demands. Prince Charming would be disqualified.

Hmm, that's mysterious.... I wonder why?

I think what you're seeing here is the stats show a lot of LGBT people but because Seattle has been so accepting of LGBT people for so long, lots of those people are older and paired off/married already.

I'm sure there are plenty of young gays here but every gay person I know is already married and over 40.
