Seriously WTF.
Of course he knew. He's just lying because he doesn't want to have to make a statement on where he stands or take any action.

Funny thing is when the right-wingers tried that in OR, it was front page news for days. NBC/ABC/ETC sent news crews there to cover it.

Yet not a peep about this from the same news organizations.

It's unfortunate to live in a place where one disagrees so vehemently with the politics but at some point it might be better to seek a better fit elsewhere. Since I think the country will eventually split anyway, I see these types of things differently.

I don't want anyone to get hurt, I don't want the merchants to suffer, I love this place and the politics suit me fine. IMO this is the result of the disgust that comes with Trumpism. Trump and his supporter's right wingery creates a backlash. Hopefully things will calm down without outsiders making it bigger than it is and harder to solve by bringing in outsiders.
I just love that "outsiders". Seems to fit most of the post. There's us'n and there's them'n.

Pink Door is reopening..cover me.

Virtually no right-wingers live in that neighborhood (or care about it) so that would never happen anyway.

So we’re comparing some hillbillies in the mostly-empty high desert occupying some wildlife outpost to a hostile takeover of 7 of the busiest blocks in a major city? As well as massive amounts of property damage and armed “warlords” shaking businesses down for “protection” money?

K den, guess logic and common sense aren’t for everyone

If you want to keep people off the streets due to Covid-19, then protesters purloining SPD barriers to block off traffic on Pike-Pine and Broadway is perfectly fine. What do you see in this image? Barriers, but very few people.

The reality is that this is simply a lame attempt to extend the protest by baiting the police into re-engaging, after having disengaged. I'd say, if they want to "play" revolution, just let them - the residents will quickly tire of it.

Everyone knows that the virus cannot be spread during a protest.
