Lynnwood should be least expensive out of those.

Does anyone can give an idea about taxes for those counties?

Each county website lists the property taxes for any given property online. You should be able to just enter the address and it gives recent tax history.

There are other taxes to consider, in fact for some the transit tax on their vehicles can be more than their property tax.

Buying at Costco in Woodinville the sales tax is only 9.3% while in Redmond or Issaquah it's 10.1%. Then there is the vehicle registration, which has the high transit tax in the urban areas of Snohomish, King and Pierce Counties. For a new 2024 F150 for example, the ST3 transit tax is $748 added to the registration fees.

The property tax rates are 1.05%, Snohomish 1.09%, Pierce 1.28%. Still, in any city there can be voter-approved tax levies that add to the taxes. Also, since king County property values are higher, even with the lower tax rate the tax will be more. Here in Sammamish where our property tax is over $11,000, we have several levies to help fund the schools added to the other regular property taxes.
