I am planning maybe a move to the Seattle area. I want to work in the IT field. I live in VA now. I was wonderng about Mukilteo and it surrounding areas. How they with regards to living etc...

Beautiful place on the sound. Expensive. Some ferry traffic to Whidbey Island. Awesome Boys & Girls Club.

Mukilteo is nice. But if you have a job in Seattle, Bellevue, or Redmond, where many of the jobs are, it won't be a very easy commute, although there is a commuter train into Seattle. If you're working for Boeing in Everett, it would be an ideal place to live.

there are a couple of express buses in Mukilteo (and surrounding areas) 45 min commute on most days.


Mukilteo is very quiet....not so expensive anymore...but great schools.

I don't know why Mukilteo I was looking at places to live and Harbour Pointe Condos look good Is that a good area to live. I am open to any other area from all of you experienced Seattle area veterans
