Been doing some research since this thread had some new YouTube sites I hadn't looked at.

Some really good information out there.

I do like the engineer 775 series.

Found a new one for me anyway,
Tomorrow's Garden

Pretty advanced, but we'll explained procedures for growing your food. The series on growing oyster mushrooms is really comprehensive and shows what a pain it is to grow mushrooms correctly, but that it can be done at home.
Learn Your Land is a very good site for foraging wild edibles and medicinal plants. He really gets into the biology.

One of the things I notice and kind of dislike is the per chant of some folks ( Canadian prepper) for example is that they tend to wax philosophic. I have my own philosophy I don't need some psycho babble bs.. I just need facts on how to do things and tips of new ideas....

For those who want to see what living "nearly" off grid on a small homestead is like there is a Mennonite woman called "Homestead Tessie" who has a channel that is heavy on frugal living and canning.

If I Recall Correctly, Bear Independent said he got into making youtube videos because of Canadian Prepper, and he did not mean that in a good way.
