The ex-apple ceo that penneys hired is trying his best to re-make Penneys in the image of Apple stores. Idiot doesn't get that the customer base doesn't shop Penneys to buy computers.

I love JC Penny but part of the fun in shopping is finding good deals.
Aside from that I've noticed that a lot of their everyday pricing is higher than other stores nonsales prices.
