Utility bills for Sioux Falls sd (apartment, water heater, to buy)

I'm doing a report and I need to know the average monthly payment for garbage pickup, water, gas, heating, and electricity bills for a 3 bedroom apartment in Sioux Falls SD.

So if anybody lives there and would like to share that info. with me would be GREAT!

Nobody answered this. Garbage service in SF can run anywhere from $30 to $75 a month. We also have many companies that try to tie people into dodgy contracts that require huge payments if you cancel.
Electricity for about 900 kwh is around $200. Gas is fairly cheap. Just running our water heater is about $20 a month. Water is really high in SF and the surrounding burbs. Anywhere between $50 to $75 for base water bills. Higher if you use lots of water. Water quality for those on the lewis & clark system outside of the city is awful. Our water has high chlorine content, high minerals, copper etc. It is so bad we can't use it in our freshwater fish tank and have to buy spring water to keep our tank in balance.
