seriously, stop it already. stop blowing those god damn plastic horns. it is annoying as hell. there's no atmosphere whatsoever, no fan songs, no chanting, all you hear is those horns that sound like if there are a million bees inside the arena.

I like them. We are in concacaf vuvuzelas are everywhere here too.

I dont see why they bother you in south africa, but not over here

i have never even heard of them before this world cup started. not even during the 22 years i lived in europe and went to tons of football (soccer) games...

I didnt say Uefa I said concacaf.

Most of our region consists of islands in the caribbean, and the air horns are popular there too.

They are also popular in the mexican league, which is the biggest league in our region.

I was just watching the first half of the match USA-Britain, it really is annoying, it must be even more so if one is sitting in the stadium. It sounds like millions of bees attacking
Actually, yesterday a sports commentator said that it can permanently ruin your hearing when exposed to it.

Yes, although they're pretty much non-factors in international competition.
