Hi!
Love the idea of a planned community but I am mid 30s and we have 2 young kids.
Are there other young families and kids in the Hampton Lakes community?
Do they hold any kid specific events? Do you see a lot of kids that live there full time at the pool etc?
Thanks!

We have no idea where you are talking about.Post in the area forum that applies, not the general SC forum.

I believe Hampton Lakes is in Bluffton. Where do you suggest she post? It would help if there were a Hilton Head forum.

It is in Bluffton and yes, there are kids there. What percentage, I don't know but I think there are a lot. One of the reasons we ruled it out, plus no golf. Nice community, though.

Beautiful community, there are kids but not nearly as many as the surrounding communities. Lots of retirees. Zoned for great schools if that is of interest.
