Best Restaurants in Dillon County (house, eat, steak house)

I need to get a gift certificate and am looking for the best restaurants in Dillon County. I have eaten at Kintyre's on several occasions and it has always been good. It was better the first time that I ate there, but is still good. However, everyone has different tastes, and family members do not like it. I have also heard various comments about the steak house at South of the Border. Some of the comments were awful and others think it's the best. Please make some recommendations. Thanks.
