The term "global warming" does not mean temperature change. It means the heating of the earth's atmosphere due to excess greenhouse gases.
One of the effects of global warming is cooler weather in places where it is usually hot and extremely hot weather in places that are usually cool.
Just because it is cold in South Dakota in May does not mean that there is no such thing as global warming. I'm just keeping an open ear to both sides though, so no chastizing please!
