Have you guys been reading some of the good things that have been happening here?
I know there was previously a thread about how strict our highway patrol dept. is concerning drugs. WELL, check out your local paper for this news story. A Chicago man just got his case thrown out by taking it to the state Supreme Court. (I think) He had been in our state with 97 lbs. of marijuana and a drug sniffing dog noticed it during a routine stop. (I imagine the dog had a patrolman with him.
) Now I think the officer who stopped him deserves a pat on the back. Hisses to the courts for letting that man and his 97 lbs. of pot off the hook. I'm not opposed to marijuana since I classify it in the same category as liquor, BUT it is still illegal.
AND yay to Sx. Falls. They just made 10 arrests for cocaine and more arrests are pending.
AND Mushareff (sp?) is going to be in Sx. Falls in early Oct. I always liked that little guy.
