Well long as we have a real "space cadet" in charge, what could go wrong.

The net budgetary effect will be a duplication of functionality as they will need their own bureaucracy, command structure, training facilities, and relations with Congress. There are no actual military force deployed to space; it's all robotics. The net size is around 16,000 personnel, compared to over 600,000 in the Air Force. What does all this gain us? I'm not really sure. It's not clear they'll be working on new launch technology. The Air Force is likely doing the hypersonic vehicle development. But the new branch will probably have their own uniforms.

Basically, is this putting weapons/satellites or other technology into lower earth orbit, etc so it can be a super deterrent to any aggression? Or for the purpose of threatening other countries into doing things?

Correction, that is the reason they are telling the public to justify the creation of a space force...but I highly doubt that is the real reason.

I believe its a necessary step in introducing the next BIG threat (an off planet threat), Im not saying this off planet threat is real though...its a plan the govt has kicked around before, in order to gain more control, 'by using the threat of a fake alien invasion'. (project blue beam).

I dont think its any coincidence why there is so much talk about UFOs, especially those tic tacs the Navy encountered recently, there was also the big NY Times article last year, exposing the Pentagons secret UFO program, The DOD secretary on Good Morning America talking UFOs...seems like we are being drip fed details in a methodical plan

This is right up Trumps alley too...I expect to hear him bragging and boasting about how he knew all along about this threat and it was HIS idea to create a space force to deal with the threat, He will blame US intelligence agencies for dropping the ball, and lying to the public about this, etc etc... its PERFECT for him!

"6 Foot" "55 pound" "Manned" "Drones" flying over Colorado
that residents are reporting "Flying in a Mapping Pattern" "At Nighttime"?

Which All The Authorities Say They Just Don't Know What It's All About.

The more I think about, the morespace force sounds like the name of a new Lego set. Is this the follow up to Space Police?
