What is the horse community like in NMF? Is it horse property area? Is there a feed store close by? Searching for horse property. Do folks ride quite a bit in the area?

I am not a horse person but I do know that there are a lot of horse people in Nine Mile Falls. The Suncrest community was developed with bridle trails in between the streets for people to ride and there's also state land nearby for riding. If you are on Facebook, look up the Nine Mile Falls WA Community Awareness site and the 99026 News & Info. You can meet other horse people and find out where they ride and get their hay/feed, etc.

I ride my bicycle on the Centennial Trail and I see horses on there quite frequently. I see their "evidence" quite a bit more too

If I see that many horses on the actual paved trail (or near to it) I imagine there are a lot of horse people in the area. At 7 mile bridge as you head towards the Centennial Trail there are horses on either side of the street. Pretty cool.

I ride by the Nine Mile Feed & Hardware store on my way to and from work, so I know of one store out in Nine Mile...it's right on Hwy 291 near the damn. But, I've never been in the store and it doesn't appear to be real big from the outside.

Don't know if it helps but I keep my horses about 15 minutes from NMFs. Lots of trail riding in the area with Riverside State Park, and lots and lots of horse people.
