Hi all, my husband, 3 kids & I have been in very rural central Nebraska for the past 13 years, and are ready for a change. We love the beauty and friendly people of the Branson area, and that it seems "small town" yet has so many things to do. My husband has run a residential appraisal business for the past 15 years, I help out with the business when I'm not running after the 3 kids
. Does anyone know if there is a need for an experienced residential appraiser in the area? Husband does the appraising within about an hour driving radius here (which is necessary in such a rural are), so appraising in Springfield, Nixa, etc would be great too. When the market is strong here, we are very busy with new appraisals, and in a downturned market, we are busy with refinancing. It's a big step to move our 3 kiddos into a new school system, and move our business, so we are cautiously checking out possibilities. Any thoughts would be appreciated

. Does anyone know if there is a need for an experienced residential appraiser in the area? Husband does the appraising within about an hour driving radius here (which is necessary in such a rural are), so appraising in Springfield, Nixa, etc would be great too. When the market is strong here, we are very busy with new appraisals, and in a downturned market, we are busy with refinancing. It's a big step to move our 3 kiddos into a new school system, and move our business, so we are cautiously checking out possibilities. Any thoughts would be appreciated
