How to get info about Chesterfield Subdivisions

Chesterfield does seem to fit the bill for you given your wants in a house. But, I would also add that don't assume that it will be easier to make friends in Chesterfield than LaDue. My experience was that there were a lot of Moms at the elementary school who had gone to the Parkway school together and there were numerous kids who had first cousins at the school. Lots of sisters and sister-in-laws. It would sometimes take me a while to figure out who was related because their last names were not always the same. My point being, while many of them were nice they did not seem interested in making new friends.

You did not say in your post if you are a native Californian. If this is your first move, my advice is to go into the move open-minded and understanding that Chesterfield is not California and that there are pros and cons to each place.
So much of how much you will enjoy your new community will be based on your attitude. From what I can tell in your posts, you seem excited about the move and I think you will really enjoy the area.
