Not when they punch you and leave... If he was shot in the car while they were fighting for the gun the situation is very clear to me; however, the boy being shot afterwards and quite a distance from the car is a whole different story...

Way to exemplify the problem with this situation... I've used only what we actually know, you just projected your vision of the events based on your own personal beliefs and biases. He
might have been returning to attack, or stopping after a warning shot, who knows as eyewitnesses are unreliable and what you believe is one of many stories. Thanks for the insults though, I'll stick with due process.
