And what are you?

You obviously know nothing about Michael Brown and you want people to think you are not a fool for supporting Wilson whom you haven't even heard from? You don't even know his side of the story and more than likely won't until the media here's from the county prosecutor. What do you think people are writing and saying about the Wilson supporters?

Whose apologizing? It's called due process son, calm your hate filled rants and let our system work.

Nobody has ever placed him more than 90 feet from the car. Think of that as the distance from first base to home plate.

More importantly, no one has placed him more than 20 feet from the officer. Read the history of Missouri's self-defense cases and you will see that those distances are nowhere close enough to be considered disengaging or fleeing regardless of the behaviors if the people shot.

Yeah right, every bird brain knows that putting your hands in the air means "I'm going to attack you"; that's why witness after witness has said that he had his hands up, including these guys recently released on video

Check out the original unedited version, where you can see that CNN blurred out that the worker was on the phone, and that his "hands up gesture" is a greeting to someone who just arrived (also edited out by CNN) and not towards the crime scene, which you can see in the distance with the police SUVs about 250' away from where the workers are standing:

I don't think he meant it as a friendly greeting. Looks more like a "WTF" response. But, he clearly does the gesture in response to the arrival of the other person to the left, which CNN edited out. Why did CNN choose to edit that out?

Why do you think?

I don't think they edited anything out. It was more of a close up of the two construction workers, so the person arriving on the left is not seen. By the way, the construction worker doesn't seem to know that other guy, and if his gesture was toward him it may have been in response to a question, like "what happened?"

How does any of this change the fact that an unrelated witness, shortly after the event, stated that Brown had his hands up?

I know a great deal about Michael Brown, enough to make a reasonable assessment of what happened. You on the other hand only know one thing about Michael Brown and that is that he was black, and that's all you need to know.
