I have a parent on 100mg. You have to be careful of interactions with other drugs. If you're taking a high blood pressure like Valsartan, it may lower your blood pressure too much. She just had her dosage of Valsartan reduced. The warnings say you should have the usage monitored by a doctor. If you're taking Metformin, it may lower your blood sugar too much. As with a lot of other supplements it seems, there's also a warning about bleeding or using it if you're on aspirin or warfarin.

Could be depends how badly one feels. I take 100mg, some days I'll take 200mg. I'm not setting the world on fire with energy, but dealing with chronic OA pain doesn't help.

When I had CFS, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, 20 years ago...I tried a bottle...
had more stamina...when I ran out...wowsa, did I feel the difference!
I got another bottle pronto...I was taking 75 mg.
Now that I am normal ...I don't 'feel' anything...it's hard to feel 'better'
when you already are feeling great, I find.
Everyone I know on statins takes it.
