Right and you can not say that all section 8 are scum, that is what I am trying to point out, plus all landlords that rent to them are not scum either !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I didn't say the landlords are scum. But they got there hands in on a corrupt system and decent people are starting to push back. I know landlords and I know some who do section 8. And I have told them that someday good people are gonna get sick of the drugs and crime that section 8 brings to decent areas. Well that time is now. We want our towns back.
They wanna smoke crack and puke out babies do it in Syracuse. That's what those hellholes are for. Package in the welfare trash. Section 8 is without question the most evil part of the welfare state. If the rich want these people so bad move them into rich seas. Quit destroying middle class areas.
They don't seem like a great business model to me but people do it.
Seems to be mostly in large areas or small areas with money. Or in tax free areas. NJ has millions of people and no store but tiny Delaware has one. Closest to us is Rochester. Buffalo had one but also a Rockler and could only support one and Rockler won.

Maybe you could open one on Erie Boulevard East in DeWitt or even in Syracuse, which would be a pretty good location for one. Northern Lights Plaza in Mattydale could possibly work too.

Did you see the net worth requirements??
I fall roughly 745k under the minumum.
Syracuse used to support not one but two Woodworkers Warehouses. But that chain went Tango Uniforn about 10 years ago and since then the innerweb has changed things for small areas.

Well, I think the area could support one, given that there are locations in smaller areas than Syracuse. So, if there is anyone that fits the requirements to start a franchise, they just have to have the interest and are willing to take the risk.
