Long overdue, with South Salina(has about 3 business concentrations) and North/South Geddes(2 business concentrations) Streets also being potential corridors that should be looked at as well. Syracuse to study ways to revitalize South Avenue corridor | syracuse.com


I'd also include the portion of West Onondaga From Downtown to South Ave as well. There are actually apartments/condos in one of the buildings on that street in that area, with more potential housing that could be refurbished on that street west of South Ave to the old fountain not too far from Strathmore.
