DeWitt has good schools and is why it is of a "higher value", particularly near the University.
How would you rank these areas, for condos:

429 N Franklin St.
211 W.Jefferson
133 Walton Street.

These are the main higher end condos that I am considering as well.

Basically Franklin Square for the first one and Armory Square for the second and third. Both of those areas are nice and are in/next to Downtown.

Yeah, it is popular, but Franklin Square is quieter while still being close to Downtown. So, it may come down to the type of setting you are looking for.
