We both work at walmart and want to relocate somewhere in the pensacola area.Originally from So.California,we don't want the fast life or city life.We like being driving distance from something to do.This country here is a population of 9,000 just nothing to do..Can we rent a good place pretty cheap?with a walmart income?are they picky with credit checks?to move in.Any advice would be appreciated.We want something decent and not the heart of the ghetto..Also whats the average traveling distance to near by beaches?A two bedroom is good but a three bedroom is good being we have our 23 yr old niece with us.

Just finishing a 3 month job assignment here in Pensacola, The experience has been enjoyable with plenty to see and do within driving distance. Try 5 Sisters Blues Cafe on Belmont for a great dining experience, especially if you like blues or jazz music. The Naval Aviation Museum is a must. I'm originally from Chicago, home of some outstanding museums and the Naval Aviation Museum holds its own against them. Good Luck...FYI though you may wanna move this thread to the Pensacola board where more people with opinions will see it. Any questions, feel free to ask.
