thanks,i see markets down in the area,is it because of a bad area,or economy or...??i am white,not prejadous,but also dont want to move into a neighborhood thats bad,or prodominatley another race.i just want to stay with my kind.i have other races in my family,so thats not the case.just dont want to buy a home in the hood,and have to worry about all the problems associated with it (drugs,robberies,etc.).just was tryin to buy a home while economies down and gain equity if it comes back up.thanks to all.pm's are welcomed...
