I have been with verizon since I have gotten a cell phone. there customer service is OK, sometimes you have to call and do a little trash talking to get what you want but overall its not bad. There service by far is better than any other. We use sprint for our company phones and there not nearly as good. There is the occational time where my verizon phone has little to no signal and my sprint phone has more but its rare.

I will say that the verizon pantec usb air card isnt that great. My droid X will show full service and the air card shows 1 bar and its slow as can be. It doesnt make much sense but overall its good as well.

I already had AT&T for my cell when I moved here so kept it. With every call being able to adequately hear the other end and them hear me is off and on and also static off and on. I thought it was my phone and a built-in disaster element to force me into another two years. So I did. Got a new phone and the same aggravation. So it's AT&T service.

I use Verizon for internet and TV and interference is regular. If I could afford it I would move back to Dallas.

I can't say what is the best because I haven't ried them all, but Verizon has been very reliable for us. We've never had a dropped call and when I call to ask them questions, because I'm not very tech savvy, they always walk me through the process nicely. I wish it were cheaper, but am very happy with their service. I hope that helps.

I've had Sprint since they were Cingular-never had any billing issues or tech issues, but I don't use my phone as a computer substitute.
