We are moving to Tampa on OCT 10th. I know how stressful it is to relocate fast. My hubby has been in the Army for 22years.We were in Tampa a few weeks ago and were all over Tampa and we finally found a house. We lived in Tampa 15 years ago so we really love Tampa. We didn't like Brandon or Riverview because they were too far from the base for us and too many tolls to get there. We are renting right now and will buy probably Dec also. We found a house off West shore and we wanted to stay close to Dale Mabry because its easy access to everything and a straight shot to the base. If u look online you will find real estate agency's and most all of them are great and if they don't know then they are good about giving you other numbers to people that can help you..You know that southern hospitality runs deep here in the South. .If you PM me,I will give you the number to the agent that helped us.Good Luck and I know you will Love Tampa like I do.

BTW, Never judge a book by its cover.. We saw so many apartments and houses that looks so nice and then when we got to Tampa and actually saw them it was nothing like the pictures. Do the google map and check out the neighbor hoods you are looking at.You will save a lot of time.
