Most of the west side of the county is within probably 30 ft elevation of any other spot in the west side so not enough elevation to make a difference i would think.

Of course, since I live in FL, I always want to encourage people to vacation here and spend money to boost our economy. However, a couple of times when I lived in NH, I spent a week in FL and, although it was much warmer than up north, I wanted to go home with a tan. So the next time, I went to Aruba.

Last night I finally gave in and turned on the heat for an hour before I hopped into bed, although I slept in a sweater, sweatpants and socks! Today I thought the weather was great and it will be even better tomorrow.

We usually go around this time of year to escape the beginning of the Florida cold weather.

There's rain in the forecast, too. I hope we get plenty. The Plant City strawberry farmers will protect the berries from the freeze by heavily pumping groundwater which will in turn create more sinkholes.
