SpringHill? Think of a housing sub division on steroids, housing goes from very cheap to fairly expensive,no downtown just SpringHill Blvd, many fast food restaurants ,3 Walmart super centers,
Pine island is the only tiny beach in the area, has limited parking which makes it useless as its always full.
Jobs, i guess mostly service industry related.
Commuting to Tampa will get old fast.

Commute to downtown is a bit over an hour if traffic is typical. You can take the toll road or 41s to 275.

Some parts will be shorter or longer depending where you live in Spring Hill. That specific area would be shorter via the tollroad.

The tollroad comes to a standstill at the booth areas in the am and pm rush hour. The worst drive has taken me about 2 hours. It's not usually that bad.
