The Living Room, in Dunedin.

This tapas-style restaurant serves masterpieces that please every sense, always presented in unique and artistic ways.

Some of the independent Spanish/Cuban restaurants around town have some pretty good price-to-portion ratios. I think Arco Iris on Columbus is one of them. I'll keep thinking about this question and see if I can come up with some more places.

Thanks Ferret, price is not my concern, I am looking for the ones who present the food best visually speaking for a photo project, I should have specified before.

The first one that comes to my mind is Mise En Place on Kennedy in Tampa. They are pretty good at stacking the food into unique towers.

Spanish restaurants always give you the most bang for your buck. There are tons of them around town too, you just have to know where to look.
