Just left Tropicana field and got soaked big-time - lots of people using their flashing hazard lights on the interstate, as usual.

The drier air cuts off around Tampa. A nice 69 this morning here and lower humidity. Sure beats last week with lows around 84 and dewpoints around 78.

More like 80 and humid in my area. I realized that Tampa is like own mini nation with different weather for different areas I'm ok with morning rain, maybe that will start the day right

We got soaked over here in Boca Raton today. The rain started at around 5:00 pm and did not stop until around 7:30!

Today was a beautiful day. I was in Tampa and then over in Pinellas Park/Seminole today. Absolutely wonderful.

It sure was beautiful - only mid 80's in Sarasota with low humidity, clear skies and a breeze - loved it!

Big heat wave is gripping the midwest and spreading to the east, hopefully we'll be spared.

Third day in a row no rain in Lutz. However, starting with June 25th we had rain every day but it did stop for July 4th. Can't you just hear Mother Nature saying, "There. It's your national holiday. Happy? More rain coming!"

It's nice today with bearable humidity. My Texas friends are parched. Sure hope they get some rain soon!

The upper levels would need to change for TX to get some real rain. High pressure has been dead locked over that part of the country for months.

Right now another heavy downpour in Lutz, booming and cracking before it started and that's still going on. I hope it goes your way ..... if you are wanting it!
