So we did it … we are finally getting out of Spring Hill! Today the offer we made on the home we wanted in Safety Harbor was accepted!!! I can't wait to get out of here and get down there!

Wwanderer, Spring Hill is about an hour north of Tampa. It used to be a decent place to live before the economy took at turn for the worse. Now it is more of a low income, poorly educated rental community mixed with retirees.

Yes, Safety Harbor is nice. We are so thankful to have gotten in before the interest rates and home prices skyrocket there!
