Its only 10 miles so i'd say 30 minutes with no traffic problems, that route isnt known for major rush hour traffic problems although i have no idea what kind of traffic problems can happen actually entering the base at rush hour.

Hell yeah it is.

All 3 gates become a bottleneck at peak commuting times (that's if they're all even open at the same time) that can back cars up for quite a while. The Dale Mabry gate has 3 lanes. Usually 2 are open. Off-peak hours they bring it down to 1 most of the time. It's taken me 25 minutes just to get up the road to Gandy on occasion. Given this is not usually the case but if it's raining, all bets are off.

Now ON base, traffic can get a bit hectic at peak commuting times as well thanks to most of the roads being 1 lane in each direction, but overall nothing terrible.
