Well....I understand fully why you want to live in ST....but that's a long time to spend in traffic! Every single day. (Reverse commute or not).

It also depends how deep in ST u end up....getting out to 275 might be a chore in itself.

Thanks a lot. I am looking to travel from South Tampa to Wesley Chapel ( before 7 am) and driving back from Wesley Chapel to South Tampa ( after 6 pm) most days.

Thanks so much ! Yes, I will be driving close to the hospital. I am looking to live in one of the high rises in south tampa ( possibly channel side). I will be driving from South Tampa to Wesley Chapel mostly before 7 am and driving back to South Tampa after 6-7 pm.

I would be more cautious when looking for a place to live in S Tampa, choose wisely and get to know the general area around any property you are looking at. It can be rather sketchy in many areas.[/quote]

False. OP- you've obviously looked into the area and have a good idea of what you're looking for. Go with that. As far as S. Tampa being "sketchy in many areas"- that's a statement from someone that doesn't live in the area. As long as you're in the area south of Platt, north of Gandy, and east of Himes, you really have nothing to worry about. If I were you, I would consider Downtown first and then S. Tampa.

Doc, seems you are going to be going against traffic each way. I honestly don't see much of an issue for your commute at all.

Have you seen the subdivision of Seven Oaks or of Grand Hampton? Seven Oaks is right across from the new Hospital in Wesley Chapel and Grand Hampton is West of Bruce B Downs on County Line Road. Two of the nicest communities IMO around the area.
