School starts again. (Oldsmar: schools, college, buses)

Please drive carefully- stay away from buses, dont overtake them, remember kids are always running late and jump to catch them. Watch out for skateboarders, bicyclists and that some schools have kids that come out late. Look of for the little ones, I cry when I see itsy bitsy 6 yrs alone walking to school. Watch out for soccer moms, who stop in the middle of the street to pick up kids, look out for the kid that is running somewhere and NOT looking where they are going. Look out for new drivers, college crazies and texters. gals talking or screamin to their boyfreinds and not looking at stop lights,,, boys that are rough playing and pushing each other maybe unto the street. Next week, be a part of the solution. not part of the problem and one you could regret for the rest of your life. . .

The dad side of me agrees with your post, the sarcastic side says that they are the problem if their stopping in the road and running in the road without looking lol..

So, lets teach our kids to be wise and lets assist them by being extra carefull

well kids do not always think before acting. Smart n dumb all at once, and all think they are invincible and untouchable somehow. I dread the traffic, so packing more patience in my lunch bag. i get totally bent out of shpe with little ones walking on the side of the road as there are no sidewalks in some places and the schools have a 2 mile rule regardless. (sigh)
